font-size: 16px; line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">我走访的第一家，是许庄街道的一户困难家庭，十多岁的孩子，父亲去世，母亲改嫁，跟爷爷奶奶一起生活，家里几乎没有收入来源。奶奶身体不好，躺在床上流着泪，拉着我的手跟我讲着家庭的不幸。那个孩子很内向，站在一旁一声不吭。听着老人的诉说，我既为他们家的遭遇感到心痛，也为他们将来的生活感到担忧。虽然低保补助和孤儿补贴已经到位了，但是不是这样党委政府就完成任务了？就没有责任了？离开这户家庭，老人和孩子的“愁容”始终萦绕在我眼前。高港是人民海军诞生地，在革命战争年代，老百姓把最后一口粮做军粮，把最后一块布做军装，把最后一个儿子送战场，毫无保留地拥护和支持我们。现在经济发展这么快，却还有一些群众依然这么贫困，我感到很愧疚，更感到沉甸甸的责任。<span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(142, 48, 16); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">我们大走访，不是去施恩，而是去报恩，而是应该带着对人民群众的感恩之心、感激之情走下去、沉下去。</strong></span>目前高港还有贫困家庭1483户，这些家庭致贫的原因多种多样、家庭状况也各不相同，应该说，简单地建档立卡、简单地给钱给物解决不了问题，用同一把钥匙、同一把尺子也解决不了问题。所以，当前我们把14类救助政策进行了重新修订，也提高了救助标准，我们还对不同的困难家庭开展了“六送”活动，即送医疗、送教育、送养老、送技能、送岗位、送项目，做到一户一个挂钩干部、一户一个解决方案，不脱贫不脱钩、不小康不松手。</span></p></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">在口岸街道走访时，我远远看见一个老大爷，正站在冒着浓烟的垃圾池旁边发火，嗓门很大。上去一问才知道，原来他家就住在旁边，黑烟直往家里窜，而且已经不是第一次了。老大爷告诉我，前几年搞村庄环境整治，老百姓很高兴，但是没想到，后来管护人员有时图省事，偷偷烧垃圾。我感到很诧异，我们每年拿出财政收入的1%，作为村庄环境整治专项资金，每个村还建立了8-15人的管护队伍。为什么我们投了这么多钱，配了这么多人，垃圾处理还不到位，老百姓还不满意？由此我想到，<span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(142, 48, 16); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">我们的很多工作，不能满足于做了，而是要看有没有做好、有没有做到位，千万不能干部很有成就感，到头来群众却没有获得感。</strong></span>目前，我们正在对已出台的各项惠民政策进行梳理，对落实情况进行回头看，看看到底有多少还“在路上”，到底有多少卡在了“最后一米”，到底有多少是“虎头蛇尾”，确保落小落细落到位。</span></p></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; line-height: 40px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box !important;">在走访刁铺街道时，一位孤寡老人告诉我，没有其他困难，就是一个人生活，吃饭不方便，经常煮一次吃几顿，村里像他这样的还有好几个。我随即与社区商量，能不能建个助餐点。一周后，助餐点建好了，我专程去看了，20多位老人有说有笑、正在吃饭。老人们告诉我，这里的饭菜价位合适，品种经常换，口味也不错。老人的笑容，让我很开心，也让我陷入了沉思。<span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(142, 48, 16); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">是啊！老百姓的幸福其实是很具体很简单的</strong>，</span>你帮他换个家门口的路灯泡、疏通一下小区里的下水道，甚至在路上跟他握个手、问个好，他都能高兴一阵子，都能记住你的好。<span style="max-width: 100%; color: rgb(142, 48, 16); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">那么群众的笑脸从哪里来？我觉得，就是从一个个具体问题的解决中来，就是从面对面、手拉手的交流沟通中来，就是从过去现在的变化中来。</strong></span>目前，我们正在研究助餐点建设的标准和模式，打算推广到全区有条件的村居，并且对空巢老人、留守儿童、留守妇女的困难，也在制定针对性的解决方案。这次大走访，全区已经收集了3526个问题，大多数是个性问题，已经解决了2960个。一个个具体问题的落实，换来了老百姓一张张的笑脸，我们高港的各类信访量也同比下降了28%，很多群众说，共产党的好作风又回来了。</span></p></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
